Managing Director
Bridgette is a Data Consultant with Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Arts (Psychology). She has over 15 years experience providing insights and advice to both internal and external clients – helping them to boost their profit by better understanding their data and using data insights to drive decision making. Her experience spans multiple industries including wholesale distribution, travel, construction and other trades, nursery, retail, financial services, government, not for profit, utilities and education.
A keen interest in business and understanding what makes people tick led Bridgette to complete her Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Arts (Psychology) from Macquarie University. She then completed the Graduate Program at a major Australian Bank and was offered a permanent role working in Global Markets.
After working as an Interest Rate Options Dealer, Bridgette then kickstarted her consulting career as a Management Consultant and was tasked with setting up and running Project Management Offices for several multi-million dollar Enterprise Resource Planning implementations.
Craving more analytics work, Bridgette cemented her passion for consulting and data as a Customer Behaviour Consultant where she led many analytics projects for multiple clients. In this role, she advised her clients on how to boost their profit by better understanding their customer demographics, spending patterns, product uptake and the benefit of data accuracy.
Since then, Bridgette has worked as an internal Consultant for a large wholesale distributor and a large well known not for profit, assisting them both with data analytics projects, uncovering insights that boosted profits and how to use data to drive strategy.
At the beginning of 2023, Bridgette made the decision to combine her passion for helping businesses grow with her passion for data analytics and started Elevate Insights Consulting Pty Ltd.
